Objective

The student understands the role of building services contracting in the construction process. He / she knows the principles of contract pricing and bidding. The student is able to draw up the most important HVAC quotation calculations, contracts and documents. He / she is familiar with the proceedings at site meetings and be able to act in them. He / she is able to draw up detailed schedules for the basic construction site, coordinating the stages with other projects. The student recognizes the threats to workplace and construction site safety and knows how to influence them. The student understands the importance of site logistics and the principles of sustainable development in construction.

Content

• starting tasks of the contract, building stage (incl. construction supervision), commissioning, guarantee period
• offer calculation and contract pricing
• site functions (including site meetings)
• time management methods and tools
• Occupational safety and health.
• logistics and recycling of the building service systems site

Prerequisites

Competences of the following studies
• Basics of HVAC systems
• Water and Sewage Technology
• Ventilation systems
• Heat distribution systems
