Objective

The student knows the content of the Land Use and Building Act comprehensive reform and understands the reasons for the comprehensive reform. The student is able to apply the Act on the Use of Areas, the Construction Act and the Act on the Built Environment Information System to zoning examples. The student is able to analyze the data of the information system of the built environment and apply them to data model zoning. The student is able to draw up syntheses of the data of the built environment information system in cities and evaluate the built urban environment based on them from the point of view of climate sustainability.
