Upon completion of the course, the students will know how to:

- The meanings of diversity management, its viewpoints and backgrounds
- Manage diverse work communities, considering the specific characteristics of the organisation and its services

The students know how to:
- Identify and describe the special features of the organisation from the point of view of diversity and management
- Identify and describe appropriate management models and paradigms in managing diversity
- Use the indicators assessing strategic actions in the management
- Describe and explain the meaning of multiprofessional approach in managing versatile work communities

The students know how to:
- Analyse and justify the particular features of different organisations and services from the perspective of diversity management
- Choose and apply appropriate management starting points, paradigms and models in managing diversity
- Analyse and apply multiprofessional collaboration in the management of diverse workplaces
- Analyse and implement the ethical principles of care of older people and equality in management of care of older people

The students know how to:
- Critically and evaluate in a goal oriented manner the particular features of different organisations and services from the perspective of diversity management
- Critically evaluate and develop in a purposeful manner management development models and paradigms in diversity management
- Critically evaluate and develop multiprofessional collaboration in the management of diverse workplaces
- Critically evaluate the implementation of the ethical principles of care of older people and equality in practise
