Students are able to:
- analyse and justify development needs of services for old people and services in co-operation with representatives of the world of work and prepare a plan for a research and development project
- select appropriate research-oriented strategies that are justified in terms of research ethics for strengthening individual, collective and societal change processes in services for old people..
