Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to:

- Act according to the legislation that directs the arrangement, production and supervision of social and healthcare services
- Adhere to core principles and criteria of business and financial management in different service environments
- Develop business services in care of older people

The student knows how to:
? Define and explain the significance of society and economy on the production of care and services of older people
? Act in a manner required by social and healthcare legislation and the ethical principles of care of older people and equality
? Describe the principles and conditions for marketing, productising and competitive bidding of expertise and care and services of older people
? Identify and describe financial management skills, as well as the importance of business and entrepreneurship skills in organising and producing services for the older people

- Analyse and apply social and healthcare legislation and the ethical principles of care of older people and equality in care and services of older people
