Good performance. In the work, some independent solutions have been made and efforts have been made to develop one's own field or work. The evaluation ability, independent thinking and performance of tasks in the most central areas of the project worker are at a good level.

A outstanding performance. In the work, independent solutions have been made in a creative and original way, and the solutions have general application value. The evaluation ability, independent thinking and task performance of the project worker are at a very high level.
