Osaamistavoitteet

Upon completion of the student conference, the student will
• understand what diversity and inclusion in the workplace mean and what role they play in human resources and organisations
• be able to apply their understanding in practice through their active involvement in solving carefully selected case studies dealing with age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity and religion
• be able to present their findings and solutions for an international audience in a persuading and professional manner
• have a first-hand experience with working in international and diverse teams
• have practiced using English in professional and academic setting

Sisältö

Participation in HUMINT Conference Helsinki 2023. International Conference on Diversity and Inclusion, which is an annual student conference organized by HUMINT network. The conference focuses on Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace and is aimed at business students from 7 European universities and universities of applied sciences.

Arviointikriteeri, hyväksytty/hylätty

Opiskelija on saavuttanut opintojakson tavoitteet hyväksyttävästi. Opiskelija tunnistaa, osaa määritellä ja käyttää opintojakson aihepiirin käsitteitä ja malleja.
