Osaamistavoitteet

The student can plan and implement logically advancing learning processes and apply learner-oriented, encouraging methods in the one-to-one tuition of their own instrument. The student can motivate the learner and provide multi-faceted feedback. The student can support the learner’s learning through planning of repertoire and is able to select teaching materials of a suitable level. The student can reflect their own learning process and activities as a teacher in their ePortfolio

Various forms of feedback, ergonomics, qualifications, wages and contractual practices of music education in Finland, individual and collaborative reflection, observation of teaching and learning, ePortfolio, one-to-one instrumental teaching practice.
