Objective
The student
- knows how to use the fundamental concepts and understands the characteristics of health enhancing physical activity
- understands the importance of health enhancing physical activity as a part of his/her own wellbeing
- is able to construct a diverse exercise plan from the point of view of health enhancing physical activity and can implement it in an urban environment
- knows how to use modern health technology for motivation and monitoring the quality of regular and constant physical activity

Moodle verkko-oppimisympäristössä osoitettu kirjallisuus.
Further information
Opintojakso suoritetaan kokonaan Moodle verkko-oppimisympäristössä aikavälillä 25.1. - 5.3.2021. Moodle avataan opiskelijoille viikkoa ennen ja siitä tiedotetaan lähempänä kurssin alkamista. Tarvitset koko opintojakson ajan tietokoneen ja toimivan verkkoyhteyden. Opintojakso vaatii työskentelyä koko 6 viikon ajan. Tehtävien palautukset ja pienryhmässä tapahtuvat keskustelut ovat ennakkoon aikataulutettu. Varaa aikaa tehtävien tekemiseen heti verkkokurssin ensimmäisellä viikolla eli vko 4.
