Objective

Upon completing this course, the student will be able to define cultural heritage and understand its significance. They will recognize the role of cultural heritage in shaping individual and community cultural identities. The student will also be able to apply themes of cultural heritage and contemporary phenomena to future visioning, particularly in promoting cultural sustainability.

- Definitions and forms of cultural heritage: tangible and intangible heritage
- The significance of cultural identity for individuals and communities
- Current cultural phenomena and their impact on sustainable development
- Principles and practical applications of culturally sustainable development
- Future visioning and developing creative solutions based on cultural heritage
