Objective
On completion of the course the student
• understands the principles of procedural programming
• is familiar with the ANSI C programming language and knows the control structures, data types and fundamental standard functions
• is able to design and debug a program for embedded platforms.
Content
• C language fundamentals, control structures and data types
• Principles of software development
• Modular program structure
• Software development and testing with a modern IDE
• Introductory embedded software development project

First period in Autumn semester 2024 in Myyrmäki campus.
