Objective

Learning outcomes:

- Student identifies and brings forth their own expertise in relation to the operational field and its other operatives.
- Student has a target-oriented and versatile approach in assessing and developing their own expertise.
- Student understands the value of applying their own expertise in various sectors of the society.
- Student defines and justifies their own professional ethic principles as a specialist and a developer.

- Writing the Individual Study Plan (ISP).
- The goals and methods of lifelong learning.
- Presenting skills verbally, in writing and virtually.
- Expert profile; an understanding of the self as a leader of collaborative team work.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student is able to identify and make visible his / her own expertise. The student knows the principles of self-assessment and the development of his / her own activities and understands the importance of learning together in different expert communities. The student is able to describe the principles of self-management. The student has completed the given tasks and participated in learning situations.

The student is able to show his / her own competence in relation to the field of activity and other actors. The student evaluates and develops his / her expertise in a versatile and goal-oriented way. The student is able to learn together and share what is learned in different teams and expert communities. The student understands the application values ??of his / her own knowledge in different sectors of society. The student identifies his or her own professional ethical principles as an expert and developer of working life. The student is able to apply the key methods of self-management. The student has completed the given tasks on time and actively and constructively participated in learning situations.
