Objective
The student knows the information content of the title and mortgage register and understands the significance of the information. The student is familiar with the registration of title to a parcel of land and understands its significance in the real estate system. The student knows the recording procedure and is able to take its requirements into account in his/her activities. The student knows the basics of family and inheritance law and land lease system. The student is able to draw up an agreement on the division of possession.
Content
Title and mortgage register, its content and meaning. Registration of ownership, special rights and mortgage. Registration procedure. Basics of family and inheritance law. Land lease and wind turbine lease agreement. Agreement on the division of possession.
