Learning outcomes

Students can find stresses in most common machines parts and strain in simple loading cases, and also find solutions to buckling cases of columns and design parts in simple fatigue cases.

Students know the course concepts and models well and are able to justify their decisions. The students are able to apply their knowledge in new situations.
