Objective

After completing the course the student knows the procurement environment and be able to analyze the impact of acquisitions the company's profitability. The student knows the steps of the procurement process, to understand the total cost of procurement of thinking and the ability to compare and evaluate supplier relationships and understand the various types and in different environments occurring in procurement differences.

The student will become familiar with the various logistics areas and their role in the business. The student understands the procurement, production and supply chains of material flows and the associated cash flows and the entity formed and able to develop them.

The student understands value thinking in the supply chain, as well as is able to evaluate how logistics costs arise.

Content

Procurement operations of the basic concepts and processes of procurement operations objectives, cost impact and the importance of the business. Acquisition, organization, procurement process, the basic tools. The procurement strategy throughout the company's strategy as a part of: outsourcing, supplier relations & networks. Services, procurement, project acquisition and the acquisition of the special features of international.

Modern logistics, warehouse-controlled logistics, order-driven logistics, logistics, industrial production environments, services
logistics, logistics chain, logistics efficiency and accuracy of the measurement, logistics, and the company's finances, the process of thinking, procurement, customer-oriented logistics, e-commerce as a logistical challenge, logistics organization and logistics strategy.

The student is able to define a course topic concepts and models and is able to make justified analysis. The student has the ability to apply what they have learned in their own field situations. The student understands the significance of expertise in the field of acquisition and are able to analyze their own expertise.
