Objective

Students are able to:
- assess the structure of rehabilitation practice and its processes within the service system based on client understanding
- analyse the development stages of rehabilitation and their significance from the rehabilitees’ perspective in practical terms and in future alignment with rehabilitation practice
- apply the concepts and theories of rehabilitation and assess their feasibility in collaboration based on multiprofessional and client expertise
- enable building and guiding rehabilitation in local operational environments
- apply co-configuration in order to develop individual and collective competence within the rehabilitation community.

The client’s participation is enabled.
Ethicalness is shown in client interaction.
Activities forming a coherent whole are produced together with the client in a multi-faceted way, crossing boundaries.
The aim is set together, and it guides the collaboration.
Managing change:
Change processes are implemented in a controlled way, renewing present practices.
Activities involve boundary crossing in networks.
Prerequisites for functioning, the process and outcomes are assessed in a way that guides functioning.
An open and confidential atmosphere is built up.
