Learning outcomes of the course
The topic of 3AMK Summer School is “Leadership Skills for a Changing World”. We will focus on sustainable leadership and collaborative practices: in the midst of global challenges that unite all of us, how can we lead towards a future that is inclusive and sustainable?
Course contents
This summer course explores practices that enhance collaboration and sustainability. From this perspective, this course addresses diverse topics such as social identity theory, self-leadership, wellbeing, restoration and reconciliation, resilience, rewarding, and intercultural communication
