Objective

The student recognizes the essentials of research and is able to apply systematic study in practice. He can utilize methodology applicable to business research projects and is able to use scientific texts and produce texts that comply in academic style. He knows how to process research knowledge into research report format. He can evaluate and improve texts and present research findings in a professional manner.

Research ethics & criteria for good research; Research methodology; Research strategies and approaches; Qualitative research methods; Quantitative research methods; Action research; Case study; Research process; Research discourse; Process writing.

After completing the course, the student
- Is familiar with RDI processes, the methods and tools of organisational development and key RDI methods supporting thesis work
