Objective

The student understands the bases and the significance of RDI in organisational development. The student is able to use systematic data collections as a part of evidence based practice and can evaluate the reliability, validity and use of research in RDI. The student knows the key RDI processes and methods and is able to apply them in the Master’s thesis.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student knows the bases and the significance of RDI for organisational development. The student can use systematic data collections as a part of evidence based practice and evaluate the reliability, validity and use of research in RDI. The student knows the ethical questions related to RDI and can apply the information in RDI processes.

The student knows and understands the bases and the significance of RDI for organisational development. The student can use systematic data collections as a part of evidence based practice and evaluate the reliability, validity and use of research in RDI. The student understands the ethical questions related to RDI and can apply the knowledge in RDI processes.

The student has critical understanding of the bases and the significance of RDI for organisational development. The student can use systematic data collections with good reasoning as a part of evidence based practice and critically evaluate the reliability, validity and use of research in RDI. The student understands the ethical questions related to RDI and can apply the knowledge in RDI processes.

Further information

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

The student will get full recognition of prior learning (10 cr) if the student has a previous Master’s degree or has completed advanced subject studies (60 cr) in a university. The student can apply for recognition of prior learning for the Master’s Thesis according to the UAS degree regulations.
