Objective

Having completed the course, students are able to:
• Critically evaluate information, understand abstract concepts as a whole, and create new knowledge
• Master the creation of research and development projects
• Work proactively and in a development-oriented manner, and to initiate and execute change processes
• Creatively and innovatively solve problems and make decisions in their job

Student
• Can identify an practical professional problem
• Can apply att least one development method for his/her thesis

Assessment criteria, good (3)

• Student can identify the aims of the development project clearly and achieve them.
• Thesis benefits the field of cultural management broadly.
• The development project covers whole process from formulating thesis dilemma through research activities to iniating the results.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Evaluation criteria:
The evaluation of the Master's Thesis covers the entire thesis process and all related output. The evaluation focuses on the ability to retrieve, process and apply information independently; identify, analyze and solve practical professional problems; and develop the professional field. The evaluation of the written part of the thesis focuses on content, language and layout.
