Objective

Having completed the course, students are able to:
• Identify working life development needs
• Define the objectives and different methods of research-based development, and are familiar with the requirements set for a Master’s Thesis
• Select appropriate development methods for their development project
• Plan a development project and manage collaborative development processes
• Retrieve information to support their development work
• Write a thesis in a process-like manner

Students
• Understand the key principles of research-based development, and are able to apply at least one development method
• Are able to build an information base for their development project and to write a thesis in a process-like manner
• Are able to identify key partners for their development work

• Identify development areas in their field, and are able to choose the suitable development methods for their thesis.
• Understand the importance of partners in development work.
• Understand the how to produce a new research base procedure, product or service
• the information generated during the process is reported well.

Students
• Identify key development areas in their field, and are able to execute and assess their research-based development work together with key partners
• Are able to produce a new procedure, product or service which offers actual benefits
• Are able to clearly report the information produced in the development project, in accordance with the rules of scientific writing
