Directing PlanLaajuus (6 ECTS)

Objective

Students know how to compose a directing plan based on a chosen approach. Students is able of identify questions relating to the processing of the topic or theme of the play, and is capable of designing acting exercises on the basis of the topic or theme.

Content

Students trains students in one of the working methods of text-based theatre. Students draw up a directing plan for a drama script. This course will be followed by the Text, Stage and Directing the Performer course.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Participating the lectures. Exercises done, some shortages.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Active participating to the lectures. Ability to adapt.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Active participating to the lectures. Ability to adapt and reflect. Exercises done with new knowledge to the subject.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Completing the course with a pass grade requires that a student has met the objectives of the course as defined in the course implementation.
