Objective
The student is able to plan and implement cariologic health care according to physiological principles in a simulation environment. S/he is able to organize his/her work in accordance with safety instructions and to work safely, economically and ecologically. S/he is able to choose the appropriate cleaning methods for a cariologic patient. S/he is able to prepare and finish the amalgam, composite and glass-ionomer fillings. S/he knows how to handle and dispose the material used in cariologic treatment according to the instructions. S/he knows how to use filling, cleaning and disinfection agents in accordance with the safety instructions. S/he can estimate the prices of materials s/he uses and price-consciously. S/he knows how to use and maintain safely the equipment used in cariologic treatment. S/he is able to evaluate the restorations s/he has made on the basis of criteria of a good filling.
