Objective

On completion of the course, the student will have basic knowledge of the main theories of management and will have the skills to apply this knowledge to the management needs of production work. The student will be familiar with the meaning and challenges of group work in the art world. The student will understand the meaning of team interaction and communication in personnel management.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student is familiar with the main models and theories of management. The student recognizes his/her own expertise in the area and understands the demands of managerial work. The student understands the meaning of interaction skills and can work as an expert in a group.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student understands the significance of interaction between management and is able to combine the practical management work.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student can apply different management theories and models to practical managerial work. The student is able to perform daily managerial tasks, has good interaction skills and is able to build networks. The student can act as an expert and manage expert work in an organization.
