Objective

Audio Technology Systems

Students are introduced to audio technology systems, their principles of operation and wiring. Students know how audio technology systems can be used, can safely set up an audio system and use it as a means of expression.

Lighting Technology Systems

Students are introduced to lighting technology systems, their principles of operation and wiring. Students know how lighting technology systems can be used, can safely set up a lighting system and use it as a means of expression.

Audio-Visual Technology Systems

Students are introduced to audio-visual technology systems, their principles of operation and wiring. Students know how audio-visual technology systems can be used, can safely set up an audio-visual system and use it as a means of expression.

Content

Audio Technology Systems

An overview of audio systems and their parts: microphones, sound consoles, audio recording and editing devices. Software used in audio technology systems, audio transmission networks and how to use the systems.

Lighting Technology Systems

An overview of lighting systems and their parts: lighting consoles, dimmers, spotlights and their wiring.

Audio-Visual Technology Systems

Parts of audio-visual image systems, wiring between them and connection to sound systems.

Studies are devided into three sections: Audio Technology Systems, LIGHTING Technology Systems and Audio-Visual Technology Systems


The course includes also training in the security systems in theatre environments.
