Objective

Student knows how to excute ICT operations according to the IT- Governance. He knows how to apply ITIL/COBIT and other relevant standards. He knows to plan ICT-strategy based on corporate strategy and use appropriate methods and procedures for their integration. He knows delivery processes for ICT- procurement and can manage them in practice applying appropriate quality criteria.
