Objective

The students learn to understand the fundamentals of industrial apparel manufacturing. The students focus on the most common instruments and machines used in the fashion industry. A further aim is to learn the patterns and manufacturing methods of women's light clothing.

Content

The students learn concepts related to both industrial distribution of work and apparel manufacturing.
The students recognize a well fitting garment of high quality. The importance of fitting is also learned.
Through the assignments, the students gain fundamental
information on the methods and approaches of industrial apparel manufacturing.
