By the end of the course, students will:

* be familiar with the special skills demanded in public procurement in different areas and
industries
*be familiar with the relevant legislation and norms
*know how to organize bidding and selection processes
*be familiar with ways for improving supply base

*plan, execute and analyse legally correct procurement processes
* organise orderly bidding processes and plan and execute valable selection procedures
* manage supply base in a customer friendly and efficient manner
