Objective

Students will be able to understand the main logistics functions and how companies can improve their competitiveness with help of effective logistics operations. Students will be able to analyze different logistics costs as well as to apply different methods and key performance indicators of the inventory management and control. Students will be able to evaluate the importance of logistics in the value chains and to compare the suitability of different transport modes and their environmental impacts.
