Objective

Students have a command of the technique required by the repertoire, can perform solo and accompaniment tasks in different ensembles, attain good skills in music reading, and gain facilities for independent work and B-level studies.

Content

- Examination of the technical and interpretive issues of percussion and mallet instruments
- Scale exercises, improvisational technique, accompanying, music reading and other practical exercises
- Putting together and rehearsing a repertoire

Qualifications

Ohjelmiston harjoittelu ja osallistuminen opetukseen.

Opetus- ja työmuodot:
- henkilökohtaista opetusta neljän lukukauden ajan kaksi tuntia viikossa;
- opiskelijan itsenäistä harjoittelua.
