Objective

The student cultivates his/her abilities to understand group dynamics, different phenomena in the working community behaviour and the impact of one’s own actions in different professional situations. The student finds ways benefit from communal learning and to cope with challenges related to communal interaction and group behaviour.

Content

Development and learning from a communal perspective. Work community phenomena: interaction and leadership. The tension between many objectives: expectations and needs of the individual, the work community and the professional field. Pedagogical and artistic leadership. The challenging role of the developer in the work community. Characteristics of typical professional groups musicians and music educators work with. Means to promote a group’s creativity and communal learning.
