Objective
The objective is to outline the student’s own manner of working as a cultural manager and to identify personal skills in relation to the field of operation, professional identity and areas of specialization.
The student will be able to analyse and develop personal professional skills as a cultural manager and will be able to develop personal specialization from within the field of cultural management. The student will be able to analyse his/her own professional identity with the aid of discussions in seminar groups based on specialization and other educational material. The student will be initiated into current developments in his/her field of specialization with the aid of literature and events involving professionals, among other means, and by discussing personal production projects, written studies and portfolios and those of other group members.

The student identifies him/herself as a future expert in the professional field of cultural management and can document professional growth verbally, in written and visually. The student can express his/her strengths and weaknesses on a superficial level. The student knows the basic principles of portfolio work.

The student recognizes his/her expertise on multiple levels and is able to identify professional roles in the field of professional cultural management. The student can analyse his/her competences and reflect it to the needs of the field. The student can demonstrate his/her expertise well using written, visual and verbal communication. The student has good skills for deep reflection and thinking and can express the results of these as part of the portfolio process.
