Objective

This compulsory course in sound design provides students with a basic understanding of sound expression and design and to listen to and analyse soundtracks.

Content

The course comprises reviews of soundtracks. Students will learn to listen to and analyse the function of sound expression in the overall dramaturgy of a film. In teamwork and learning assignments students will enhance their knowledge of sound expression in different film genres.
