In study and work-related settings, students and graduates can
- acquire and critically comment on advanced professional knowledge and share it effectively with other music specialists
- introduce and justify pedagogical solutions convincingly
- design syllabuses and community music projects in constructive interaction with their peers and other parties
- communicate appropriately, clearly and confidently in various roles related to teaching and projects

Second Domestic Language (Swedish/Finnish)
Students and graduates are able to communicate in Swedish/Finnish in study and work-related settings.
They are able to acquire professional knowledge from various sources and convey information both orally and in writing.
Students develop a positive and realistic view of their language and communication skills as well as a motivation to improve their competence.
The students acquire the written and oral language skills in the second domestic language that are necessary in their professional field, as required by national legislation (352/2003 8§).

- English: 2 ECTS credits
- Swedish: 3 ECTS credits

Swedish:
lessons 25.5. - 28.5. and 1.6. - 3.6. , every day at 9-12 am. Teaching will take place at Myllypuro campus, classroom MPA 3007.
