Development
Automaatiotekniikan tutkintoon johtavat opetussuunnitelmat ja niiden työelämävastaavuus hyväksytetään vuosittain helmikuussa kokoontuvassa neuvottelukunnassa. Neuvottelukunta koostuu automaation teollisuusvaikuttajista, oppilasedustajasta ja joukosta ammattiaineopettajia. Näin pyritään varmistamaan opetussuunnitelmien työelämälähtöisyys, ajantasaisuus ja tarkoituksenmukaisuus. Tämän lisäksi opetussuunnitelmaa kehitetään opettajien ja heidän työelämäverkostoissa käymän jatkuvan debatin, havainnoinnin ja vuorovaikutusten perusteella. Myös oppilaspalautteilla on kehittämistyössä merkittävä rooli.
Automaatiotekniikan koulutusohjelman neuvottelukunnan kokouksessa 17.2.2012 tarkasteltiin 2012 aloittavan ryhmän opetussuunnitelmaa. Neuvottelukunta on hyväksynyt opetussuunnitelman.
