Objective

The student recognises and can analyse the special features of diversity management in the social and health care sector, its current practices and development challenges. The student is able to analyse the diversity in his/her own work community. The student has tools for diversity management and skills to apply them in practice in managerial and expert positions.

Recognition of prior learning (RPL)

The student can apply for recognition of prior learning and receive an approval for accreditation for this course if he/she has worked in a managerial role in a multi-disciplinary and multicultural work community and has applied the principles of age management and remote management to his/her work, or has completed university-level studies corresponding to the content of this course.
