Objective

Students broaden their knowledge and skills of the planning process and implementation of communication in organisations. In addition, they develop their own interaction and presentation skills as well as learn to evaluate the impact of their actions. Students comprehend the significance of the workplace communication in the strategic work of organisations and are familiar with the special features of leadership communication.

Internal and external communication of organisations as a key to success. Different methods and objectives of workplace communication, planning, implementation and evaluation. Developing and evaluating students’ own interaction and presentation skills. Ethics in work communication.
