Objective

The student is able to evaluate the social and health care processes and service chains, as well as design new services and methods. The student is able to coordinate customer-oriented processes and service chains in an ethically, ecologically, economically, socially and culturally sustainable and effective manner.

- Health and Social Care processes and service chains
- New service models in the health and social care sector (i.a. ASVA)
- Process and service chain modeling, evaluation and development
- Coordination
- Data management and developing information systems
- Measuring and evaluating quality in health care
- Prioritization in health care, clinical care processes, their changes and development, evaluation, monitoring and cost-effectiveness

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student recognizes the factors related to the development of processes and service chains and their effect on the functioning of society and organisations in the health and social care sector. The student is able to develop processes and service chains in his/her own area of expertise.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student knows the factors related to the development of processes and service chains and their effect on the functioning of society and organisations in the health and social care sector. The student is able to develop processes and service chains in his/her own area of expertise in a flexible manner.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student has excellent knowledge of the factors related to the development of processes and service chains and their effect on the functioning of society and organisations in the health and social care sector. The student is able to develop processes and service chains in his/her own area of expertise in a flexible and innovative manner.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed
