Objective
The student understands and is able apply factors of performance management in immediate superior`s work. The student has a profound understanding of his or her own responsibility for developing his or her skills and performance and the organisation’s operations. The student is able to apply his or her skills in manager-subordinate relationships and understands the importance of dialogue in performance management. The student can implement performance management and change management as methods in multiprofessional expert environment. The student is able to develop and evaluate critically the competence and cooperation of teams and different areas of expertise.

The student identifies factors of performance management in immediate superior`s work. The student understands that it is his or her responsibility to develop his or her skills and performance and the organisation’s operations. The student is able to identify the skills needed in manager-subordinate relationships and understands the importance of dialogue in performance management. The student knows the process, models and strategies of change management and understands the process for knowledge and participatory management.

The student understands and is able apply factors of performance management in the immediate superior's work. The student understands that it is his or her responsibility to develop his or her skills and performance and the organisation’s operations. The student has a good insight into manager-subordinate relationships and understands the importance of dialogue in performance management. The student can apply performance management and change management as methods in a multiprofessional expert environment. The student is able to develop and evaluate the performance and cooperation of teams. The student knows the process, models and strategies of change management and understands the process for knowledge and participatory management in a multidisciplinary team.

The student is able to develop and evaluate critically the performance and cooperation of teams. The student knows the process, models and strategies of change management. The student understands the process for knowledge and participatory management in a multidisciplinary team.
Further information
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
The student has the possibility to apply for the recognition of prior learning and to receive an approval for accreditation for this study unit if the student acts as a manager and actively utilizes development discussions. Also the student knows the terminology and the practicalities of performance management from previous studies. The student has also been responsible for a change process within his/her unit.
