Objective

The student is able to evaluate his/her former development and skills and to plan his/her studies so that they support the student´s individual career plans. The student is internally motivated to lead him/herself through the process of moving from the role of expert to manager. The student is familiar with the characteristics of organization and leadership that best support work performance. The student masters the theoretical foundations of strategic leadership and accepts responsibility for implementing and reforming strategy as a frontline manager. The student can evaluate the results of chosen strategies in relation to targets.
