Objective

Upon completion of the course, the student will know how to:
- Explain the importance of resource-based and inclusive care of older people in the development of services that promote the overall wellbeing and health of older people
- Analyse and evaluate a variety of operating environments in the development of housing and residential areas, from the perspective of services for diverse older people
- Take advantage of the transprofessional collaboration in promoting the agency of older people in using digitalisation and gerontechnology

-Resource-based and inclusive care of older people in the promotion of the holistic wellbeing and health of older people
- Transprofessional collaboration and the inclusion of clients in service development
- Different living and operating environments of ageing and the key premises and models related to their development
- Digitalisation and gerontechnology in the development of living and operating environments

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student knows how to:
- Examine resource-based and inclusive care of older people from the perspective of holistic wellbeing and health
- Identify different operating and service environments of the older people and the importance of the transprofessional collaboration for good ageing and organising services
- Examine the significance of digitalisation and gerontechnology in the development of living and operating environments
- Act in accordance to the ethical principles of care of older people and equality

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student knows how to:
- Analyse and apply resource-based and inclusive care of older people from the perspective of holistic wellbeing and health
- Analyse different operating and service environments of the elderly and the importance of the transprofessional collaboration for good ageing and organising services
- Analyse and apply digitalisation and gerontechnology in the development of living and operating environments
- Analyse and carry out their care of older people practice according to the ethical principles of care of older people and equality

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student knows how to:
- Critically evaluate their own actions in resource-based and inclusive care of older people from the perspective of holistic wellbeing and health
- Critically evaluate different operating and service environments of the older people and develop the transprofessional collaboration in the organisation of services and good ageing
- Critically evaluate and innovatively utilise digitalisation and gerontechnology in the development of living and operating environments
- Critically evaluate the implementation of the ethical principles of care of older people and equality in their own practice

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

The student knows how to:
- Examine resource-based and inclusive care of older people from the perspective of holistic wellbeing and health
- Identify different operating and service environments of the older people and the importance of the transprofessional collaboration for good ageing and organising services
- Examine the significance of digitalisation and gerontechnology in the development of living and operating environments
- Act in accordance to the ethical principles of care of older people and equality
