Objective

Students are able to:
– analyse the formation of rehabilitation networks;
– form a needs-based and effective rehabilitation network;
– assess the significance of networks that have been developed and the related benefits and challenges for the rehabilitation process of different clients and client groups;
– make use of technology within rehabilitation networks.

Content

A rehabilitation network in individual and environmental change processes
A rehabilitation network as an integrated whole of the client’s objectives and functions
A rehabilitation network as a system governed by acts, decrees and social contracts
Elements of a good rehabilitation network: availability, accessibility, involvement and participation
Rehabilitation networks for different clients and for people working in different operating environments
Health informatics in support of the service network

Prerequisites for functioning, the process and outcomes are assessed in a way that guides functioning.
