Innovating and Planning the ThesisLaajuus (10 ECTS)

Objective

The objective is to enable students to plan and implement R&D projects. Students are able to search for current topics or problems as a basis for an R&D project and plan the project accordingly. They learn to cooperate and network. To form the basis of their plan, students also learn to search for previous literature of the problem or phenomenon.

Content

Formulating a plan indicating the background, methods and results to be achieved. Project-like working methods, search for previous knowledge as a foundation of the thesis as well as planning of risk management. Utilisation of expert and peer support. The outcome is a written plan of the master’s thesis and its implementation.
