Objective

The topics in the advanced leadership competence studies are chosen based on students’ learning objectives and changing development needs of the workplace environment. The aim is to apply previous learning to the strategic development of the workplace. Towards the end of the advanced studies, students also evaluate their own development and leadership competence accomplished during their studies.
