Objective

Students comprehend the standpoints of qualitative and action research and are able to use and apply them in R&D projects. They are able to evaluate the reliability of research knowledge acquired by means of qualitative and action research and their use in practice.

Qualitative and action research processes as well as the evaluation of their reliability. Significance of code of ethics throughout the research process. Critical application and evaluation of qualitative and action research methods in R&D of the work environment.
