Objective

The student can make a business plan based on a business idea, can set up a business and take care of its financial administration and marketing.

Entrepreneurship and its role in the society
Different company forms and setting up a business
Principles of laws governing joint-stock companies
Business idea and business plan
Financial administration and financial planning
Personnel management and recruitment
Salary payment and company taxation
Offer calculation and marketing
Preventing underground economy

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student can
- explain different company forms and their differences
- set up a business
- list the main contents of company law
- explain the contents and aims of a business plan
- explain the principles of financial administration
- calculate salaries and take care of employer payments stipulated by the law
- explain the role of taxation in financial administration
- explain the principles of calculating offers
- explain the aims of recruitment and personnel management
- explain signs of underground economy and principles of preventing it.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student can
- set up different company forms and explain their differences
- set up a company form that fits the aims of the shareholders
- list the main contents of company law
- prepare a business plan
- explain plans related to financial administration
- explain salary calculation and employer payments stipulated by the law
- explain how to calculate tax as part of financial administration
- explain the contents of offers and principles of marketing
- explain the aims and main principles of recruitment and personnel management
- explain how to prevent underground economy.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student
- can develop different company forms
- can set up a company form that fits the aims of the shareholders
- can produce a business plan and develop it
- can produce plans related to financial administration
- can perform salary calculations
- knows the principles of tax planning
- can produce an offer suitable in a particular market situation, masters the principles of offer calculation and marketing.
