Objective

The course supports the process of the professional growth. The student is able to plan his/her own development path and to create his/her own professional profile as a producer. The student recognizes his/her study-related strengths and areas which need development and is able to communicate from those in a communication situations. The student is aware of the study-related motivation and load factors and knows the main stress management methods. The student is able to analyze and develop his/her own professional skills as a producer as well as to build his/her own specialization. The student is able to build an expert presentation and to plan a variety of communication situations. The student is trained to argue and visualization as a part of a speech communications.

- Expert presentation and presentation skills
- Appearance/presentation skills and the key principles of the group communication

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student sees him/herself as an actor turning to the cultural producing’s professional field. In a communication situations related to his/her field, the student trusts his/her communication skills so, he/she is able to plan different speech communication situations. The student is able to describe his/her own strengths and weaknesses.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student is able to assess his/her own space as a cultural field’s actor. The student is able to showcase his/her own skills and competences in relation to the current profession-specifics as well as to general learning objectives on a polytechnical level. The student is able to plan different speech communication situations well.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student recognizes his/her own specialization and role on a multiple levels as a cultural field’s professional actor. He/she is able to analyze his/her own skills and competences and to relate it to the field’s demands and needs. The student is able to plan multiple field-specific speech communication situations. The student is able to describe his/her own skills and competences diversely by using written, visual and oral communication.
