Objective
Upon completion the student masters the basics of marketing language: recognises the persuasive and polite style in a face-to-face sales event and trade text chain. The student is acle to communincate convinsingly and knows how to use persuasive means in his/her role as an expert. The student masters the central requirements of customer communication The student knows how to react appropriately in different communication situations (e.g. reclamation). The student knows how to write different documents required for a sales process.
Content
-during the course different customer communication situations are practised. Both written and oral interaction exercises.
-the student explores the stages of sales process; tensions and turning points
-students deepen their interaction skills in an expert - customer encounters
