Work Placement 3Laajuus (24 ECTS)

Objective

Students are able to apply socio-pedagogical methods flexibly and creatively to support the identity and life management of individuals and to strengthen communities. Students are able to choose the correct working methods depending on the objective. They are able to analyse the developmental needs of the field and to develop work, services and the quality and efficiency of operations from the client's viewpoint and based on their own judgement. Students learn how to respond to challenges concerning the development of work, personnel and organisation in a changing operating environment.
