Objective

The student is able to interpret nationwide nutritional recommendations and explain the effect of nutriment on oral health. S/he can make a dietary anamnesis of his/her own dietary habits. The student is able to analyze the dietary anamnesis of a peer student. S/h is able to identify the effect of food allergies and malabsortions on dietary treatment. S/he is able to guide the special diet clients.
